About our Cooking Lessons
Our lessons are all about simple and delicious Italian home cooking.
All the attendees will participate in cooking all the dishes proposed.
You work in groups. At the end the food is served for everyone to
eat and enjoy together. Some dishes need time to set and so we prepare
together and the attendees can take them home to enjoy.
Recipe cards are produced and distributed to everyone.
You smell the aroma of the food being mixed together; you feel
the texture of the food to appreciate when the preparation is complete;
you taste to savour the flavours.
The emphasis is on simplicity and ease of preparation. We want
you to go home and cook the dishes again and again for your family
and friends.
Bringing the whole family to the lessons is possible. The location
where the lessons take place benefits from a nearby park so children
can play outdoors. When the food is ready, the family can enjoy
the food together.
Wine and soft drinks are always offered. Coffee is served at the
end.
All in all, it is an enjoyable experience you will want to come
back to again and again.
