:"...We certainly did enjoy the evening.... "

"...We enjoyed the evening and the possibility to relax with our guests instead of running in and out of the kitchen the whole time...."

"...I thank you again for the nice dinner which was really good and relaxing for me!!!..."

"We had the pleasure of a candlelit birthday dinner by Cucina Mondo in the comfort of our home. The food was lovely and the atmosphere was very special, transforming our dinner table into a restaurant for the night. With a toddler and a baby in the house, it's hard to get out to the restaurants, so this is a wonderful alternative. And as an added bonus you don't have to pay for a babysitter!"

"The food was excellent. Although the first impression may have been one of simple, straightforward, honest food, all dishes had this little extra taste that made them special. Delicious!"

"The buffet style really suited the party and created a loose atmosphere that added greatly to the event being successful. And it all smelt so nice, the group literally attacked the buffet. That says enough I think."

"I have seen a lot of caterers since we've started here, but nothing like Vince. Most of them stand outside half of the time, but Vince literally did everything. And he was very well organized, followed his schedule meticulously."

"This buffet proves that you don't need expensive and special food to please people. This was a perfect example of cooking that all ages like."

and one final one I heard several times, not to add: "That white stuff is great! (they referred to the panna cotta) Can I have the recipe?"

A 40th birthday is something to celebrate - with many friends, drinks, dance AND some delicous food! I had it all! A perfect evening - and very happy guests who enjoyed Vince?s great buffet. It tasted well and it looked appealing!
Thanks again for a great job - 80 people to feed is not the easiest, particularly when all this happens on a boat without any kitchen comfort.
